I assess your current movement patterns, training load, and recovery needs to create a yoga practice that supports both strength and restoration.
ABOUT
I teach yoga at the intersection of athleticism, science, and wellness.
My background began in track and cross country, where I first turned to yoga for recovery. Over time, it became something much deeper. What started as a physical practice evolved into a way of living.
I completed my yoga teacher training in Indonesia, and in the years that followed, my focus expanded into wellness, nervous system regulation through breathwork, meditation, and movement. I have taught group classes in Thailand and offered private sessions in the United States, working with a range of clients and needs.
My sessions are framed by breathwork and meditation, as these are essential for creating real, lasting results both physically and mentally. The asanas or poses are the centerpiece of each session to build strength and/or ease in the body while creating the conditions for a calm, balanced, and present mind.
My work brings together elements of calisthenics, mobility, flexibility, nervous system awareness and overall wellness. Each session is designed to build strength, support joint health, and develop long term resilience both mentally and physically.
I approach yoga as both strength training and recovery. Practices are intentionally paced and clearly guided, allowing for measurable progress while also supporting restoration and longevity.
